  • Publication number: 20230214739
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods that provide recommendations to service owners on what actions to take to modify a service of the service owners. The systems and methods analyze the service owner’s workload and telemetry from the services worked on by the service owners. The systems and methods provide recommendations with actions to take to modify the service based on a predicted outcome of the recommendations.

  • Publication number: 20230214750
Abstract: Techniques are described herein that are capable of generating a mitigation workflow for a computing service using historical mitigation workflows. A determination is made that a historical technical issue that was encountered by a first computing service corresponds to a current technical issue that is encountered by a second computing service. A workflow, which is configured to mitigate the current technical issue, is generated to include historical mitigation operations that are included in historical mitigation workflows that were performed to mitigate the historical technical issue based at least in part on the historical technical issue corresponding to the current technical issue.

  • Patent number: 11070453
Abstract: The disclosure herein describes establishing an endpoint within a network for a customer to reduce latency of the customer's network. Latency data associated with accessing a first endpoint within a network by end user devices from a plurality of geographic regions is collected, wherein the end user devices are associated with a plurality of customers. Performance scores for the geographic regions are calculated based on the latency data. A subset of the performance scores of one of the plurality of customers is selected. A second endpoint is identified within the network for the one of the plurality of customers based on the selected performance scores. The second endpoint is established for the one of the plurality customers for network traffic originating from the one or more of the geographic regions to reduce latency. The analysis of the network traffic data for customers improves network performance.

  • Publication number: 20060145498
Abstract: A latch assembly includes a plunger having a ramp and a lip, with a support member defining an opening through which the plunger extends. A support surface partially defines the opening and supports the plunger. The plunger is selectively movable between an extended position, in which the plunger protrudes a first distance from the opening, and a retracted position, in which the plunger protrudes a second distance from the opening, with the second distance being less than the first distance. In the extended position, the ramp and the lip are on a first side of the opening. In contrast, in the retracted position, the ramp and the lip are on a second side of the opening, with the lip engaging the support member to maintain the retracted position.

  • Publication number: 20060125267
Abstract: A sliding load floor assembly for a motor vehicle comprises a sliding platform configured to receive a load floor and slidable along a support frame fixed to the vehicle. The support frame includes upper and lower flanges. An axle extends outward from the sliding platform, with a roller rotatably attached thereto and movable along the upper and lower flanges. The roller configuration elevates the sliding platform above a vehicle floor, while allowing the sliding platform the move between a stowed position and an extended position. A wedge is configured to exert a vertical force upon a portion of the sliding platform in the stowed position, thereby preventing vertical movement of the roller to reduce vibration. At least one detent member and at least one latch member are selectively engageable with one another to restrict movement of the sliding platform with respect to the support rail.

  • Publication number: 20050080655
Abstract: The present invention provides a model for assessing performance of a dynamic collaborative relationship. The present invention provides a method of modeling dynamic relationships by inputting data related to the collaborative relationship into a model, which comprises a plurality of components key to the collaborative relationship. Each of these components is interrelated with the model, and the model generates a value indicative of a condition or performance of the relationship. The relationship value can be analyzed by comparison with baseline values correlated to exemplary collaborative relationships. The present invention further provides methods of developing a model capable of assessing dynamic collaborative relationships.
