Publication number: 20250315492Abstract: Methods and systems for interacting with users via a chatbot. A natural language query is received and processed by submitting a search query to a search engine. The search engine identifies relevant information including textual information and images for formulating a response. The identified information and query are submitted to a Large Language Model which generates a response displayed via the chatbot. The response may include textual information and relevant images. The system can extract text from images of documents and convert textual information into numerical vector representations for processing. Selectable options based on clustered relevant information can be provided to users for query refinement when appropriate. The chatbot interface enables natural language interactions while leveraging search capabilities and Artificial Intelligence to provide informative and helpful responses with both text and visual elements.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 4, 2025Publication date: October 9, 2025Inventors: Ajay Rama Iyer, Aman Rai, Banuprakash Balakrishna, Deepika Sandeep, Devanshu Dugar, Renil Austin Mendez, Shriram Sankaran, Souvik Sardar

Publication number: 20250310222Abstract: Performance of a data center may be monitored by tracking operation conditions over time, including when the data center has an adequate power supply and when the data center lacks an adequate power supply. An uptime status may be determined from this data. The uptime status and other performance parameters may be calculated, and may be used in determining an overall performance score for the data center. A dashboard may be displayed that includes the uptime status and the overall performance score of the data center.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 12, 2025Publication date: October 2, 2025Inventors: Magesh LINGAN, Devanshu DUGAR, Anwesh NAYAK, Blake CLARK, Jayaprakash MERUVA, Lucy CUMMINGS

Publication number: 20250299118Abstract: Methods and systems for configuring guest room control devices in hotel facilities. A user interface displays a guest room control device type selector, guest room selector, and configuration command selector. A user selects one or more guest room control device types, guest rooms, and a configuration command. A configuration command message delivers the selected command to guest room control devices of the selected types in the selected rooms to update device configurations. The devices control equipment associated with respective guest rooms. Status of command execution can be monitored and failed commands can be re-run. Configuration settings include temperature deadbands for different room occupancy states. In another method, a guest room control device copies configuration settings from a remote device over a mesh network and controls room equipment using the updated configuration.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 18, 2025Publication date: September 25, 2025Inventors: Aditi Choudhary, Haresh Chouksey, Narayanaswamy Bandi, Ryan Gardner, Sachin Gavhane, Vishnu MR, Michael Sobanko, Devanshu Dugar, Neha Jaitpal

Publication number: 20250297757Abstract: A system and method for controlling temperature in hotel guest rooms using a thermostat with multiple temperature deadband configurations. The thermostat connects to a server and includes configuration parameters for comfort temperature setpoint and temperature deadbands for different room states—rented/occupied, rented/unoccupied, and unrented. The server displays these parameters via a user interface allowing a facility manager to modify the deadbands within enforced limits. The thermostat controls room temperature using the appropriate deadband based on room occupancy and rental status, determined through occupancy sensors and property management system integration. The system can recommend deadband changes based on historical temperature data and outdoor conditions, while calculating estimated energy savings. Configuration parameters can be downloaded to one or multiple thermostats across guest rooms facility-wide.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 18, 2025Publication date: September 25, 2025Inventors: Aditi Choudhary, Bhavesh Gupta, Haresh Chouksey, Narayanaswamy Bandi, Ryan Gardner, Sachin Gavhane, Santhosh Kumar Shivabeerappa, Vishnu MR, Michael Sobanko, Devanshu Dugar, Neha Jaitpal

Publication number: 20240396788Abstract: A data center has an Informational Technology (IT) system that is supported by an Operational Technology (OT) system. A correlation between one or more performance parameters of the IT system on one or more alarms of the OT system and/or one or more performance parameters of the OT system on one or more alarms of the IT system is used to ascertain possible OT system causes of an IT alarm as well as to ascertain possible IT system causes of an OT alarm. A dashboard is displayed that includes one or more alarm details of the alarm issued by an alarm source system and a listing of one or more possible root causes of the alarm that correlate to a non-alarm source system.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 23, 2023Publication date: November 28, 2024Inventors: Jayaprakash Meruva, Devanshu Dugar, Alpesh Saraiya, Blake Clark, Juvin Anthraper, Anwesh Nayak
