    Abstract: A method for plug and play routing is described. The method includes maintaining, at a central routing server(CRS) coupled to one or more network devices through an out-of-band (OOB) network, routing tables for the one or more network devices; receiving, at the CRS, a message pertaining to a network change event from at least one of the one or more network devices; updating, at the CRS, routing tables of all network devices that would be affected by the network change event; and transmitting, using the CRS, said updated routing tables to the respective affected network devices.
