    Abstract: A method of mobile device behavior based on paired device identification is provided. The mobile device is connected with an in-vehicle infotainment system (IVIS). Paired-device identity information associated with the IVIS device identifier is retrieved. A device behavior for the mobile device is determined from paired-device identity information associated with an IVIS device identifier received from the IVIS. The mobile device is then configured based upon the determined device behavior.
