    Abstract: A fastening module is used to attach a first end of a first material to a second end of a second material to form a strap. The fastening module has a first attachment feature and a second attachment feature. The first end is attached to the first attachment feature. The second end is attached to the second attachment feature by wrapping the second end around a bar-like feature. The second end comprises a non-slidable magnetically attractive material near its tip and a slideable magnetically attractive material further from the tip. The tip of the second end is wrapped around the bar like feature and engages with the slidable magnetically attractive material to secure the strap. Adjustment of the strap can be accomplished by sliding the slidable magnetically attractive element.
