An apparatus comprising a locking plate comprising one or more locking grooves oriented on a first side of the locking plate and a circumferential opening oriented on a second side of the locking plate opposite the first side, a handle extending radially outward from a center of the locking plate in a first direction, the handle comprising a locking element to interface with the locking grooves of the locking plate, and a tab extending radially outward from the center of the locking plate in a second direction opposite the first direction and operably coupled to the handle, the tab comprising an aperture to receive a fastener, the fastener to interface with the circumferential opening of the locking plate.
