  • Patent number: 8626586
Abstract: Wearable advertising display systems that integrate wireless communications technologies with wearable, dynamic displays for advertising purposes. Advertising content may be dynamically selected and communicated to the wearable advertising display systems from a remote device. In some embodiments, multiple wearable advertising display system may work together to provide a coordinated advertising message. A determination may be made that multiple wearable advertising display systems are within proximity of each other. Coordinated advertising content may be selected. At least a portion of the coordinated advertising content is communicated to each of the wearable advertising display systems, which present the coordinated advertising content in conjunction.

  • Patent number: 8458265
Abstract: A method and computer-readable medium for posting push-to-talk voice messages on a social networking web page of a user are provided. According to the method, a messaging platform receives a push-to-talk voice message that is addressed to a social networking message service from a mobile station of the user. The messaging platform determines whether an association exists between the mobile station and the social networking web page. When the association exists, the push-to-talk voice message is posted on the social networking web page of the user. The user can listen to the PTT voice messages on his or her social networking web page via the internet.

  • Patent number: 8055247
Abstract: A method, system, and media provide audio services for mobile users. The system includes a mobile computing device, a content management server and a network over which the mobile device and server communicate. The method includes receiving a voice-based and/or gesture-based request for playback of content from the user of a mobile device and searching a local data store on the mobile device for the requested content. If the requested content is contained in the local data store, the method renders the requested content in a format for audible reception at the mobile device for the mobile user. If the requested content is not contained in the local data store, then the method queries a remote data service for the requested content. Upon receiving the requested content from the remote data service, the method audibly plays back the requested content at the mobile device for the mobile user.

  • Patent number: 7907213
Abstract: Multimedia content captured by a camera-enabled wireless device may be communicated from the camera-enabled wireless device to a television host device for viewing and/or storage. The multimedia content may be communicated wirelessly from the camera-enabled wireless device to a telecommunications network. The telecommunications network forwards the multimedia content to a media-delivery network, which delivers the multimedia content to the television host device. The television host device treats the multimedia content (presents, stores, etc.) based on user-defined preferences.

  • Patent number: 7715873
Abstract: A wearable accessory may provide visual indicia of an incoming network event for a wireless telecommunications device. The wireless telecommunications device may detect the presence of the wearable accessory within a wireless personal area network. After detecting the presence of the wearable accessory, the wireless telecommunications device may determine the display type of the wearable accessory and if any interface software is required to properly communicate a signal to the wearable accessory. Upon receipt of an incoming network event, the wireless telecommunications device may send a signal to the wearable accessory based on the display type of the wearable accessory, thereby causing the wearable accessory to provide visual indicia of the incoming network event.
