    Abstract: A commercial deep fryer filter utilizes a tubular suction pump having a plurality of apertures which are in fluid communication with the oil reservoir and an air pump. At the distal end opposite the portion plurality of apertures is an opening which permits fluid communication between the suction pump and oil filter. The oil filter is in fluid communication with the oil contained in the commercial deep fryer.
