    Abstract: A piston pump and a piston motor are provided. The piston pump includes a cylinder body, a piston, a main shaft, an end cover, and an oil dispensing mechanism. The oil dispensing mechanism includes an oil suction mechanism and an oil discharging mechanism. A roller is mounted on the piston, and the roller is rotatablely connected to the piston. A driving wheel is arranged on the main shaft, and the driving wheel is mounted in cooperation with the main shaft or is integrally formed with the main shaft. A driving groove is formed on the driving wheel, and a roller-path surface of the driving groove is a curved surface. The size of the driving groove is adapted to the size of an outer circle of the roller. The main shaft rotates to drive the driving wheel to rotate to further drive the piston to move along the cylinder bore.

The high-pressure chamber of the cylinder releases pressure and unloads, and/or the oil returning chamber throttles to load pressure, such that a moving speed of a cylinder piston (6) at the end of the stroke is controlled, realizing buffering of the cylinder.

    Abstract: A Pediococcus acidilactici derived antimicrobial hexapeptide and a preparation method thereof are disclosed herein. The antimicrobial peptide ENGEEE (SEQ ID NO: 1) is reported for the first time. Antimicrobial peptide lactein R16 has good pH stability and thermal stability, has an effect on inhibiting Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes and Staphylococcus aureus and is capable of effectively reducing the amount of the Escherichia coli in soybean meal. Secondly, the antimicrobial peptide lactein R16 has a certain effect on proliferating Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Lactobacillus plantarum and has certain capability of clearing hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl radicals, DPPH radicals and superoxide anions. The antimicrobial peptide lactein R16 can be used for biological control and can be used as a feed additive to play important roles in substituting antibiotics and solving the feed safety problem.
