Each belt element has a slot receiving the carrier unit therein and a shoulder arrangement that defines part of the slot and engages the inner surface of the carrier. The side parts of each reinforcing unit of each belt element respectively have portions thereof that comprise the shoulder arrangement of their respective belt element.
