The connecting assembly includes an engagement member selectively movably into engagement with the associated support structure for securing the associated support structure within the clamp. The mount assembly includes a first mount connected the clamp and a second mount connected to the apparatus and adapted to be rotationally indexed relative to the first mount to secure the apparatus in at least two positions relative to the clamp.
