Abstract: Grabbing apparatus includes mounting frame, gripper mechanism, and driving member. The gripper mechanism includes first clamping jaw on the mounting frame, movable component, second clamping jaw movably arranged on the movable component, first position finding member on the movable component, and second position finding member on the second clamping jaw. The second position finding member has staggered position and detection position. When the second position finding member is at one of the staggered position and the detection position, the second clamping jaw and the first clamping jaw clamp battery cell. When the second position finding member is at the other of the staggered position and the detection position, the second clamping jaw and the first clamping jaw release the battery cell. The driving member is arranged on the mounting frame and configured to drive the movable component to move.
