Abstract: A post-operative lower body garment has a plurality of inner pockets connected to the interior of the waist portion of the garment. The inner pockets are configured to receive a medical device such as a Jackson-Pratt drain or an insulin pump, and have multiple holes for accommodating any tubes connecting the medical device to the user's body. A lower body portion of the garment comprising pant legs may have invisible zippers integrated into the lower portion of the pant legs for easy access to the user's legs without requiring the user to remove the garment.
