Abstract: A dual power transfer switch includes a first switch for connecting a first power source to a load and a second switch for connecting a second power source to a load, a user interface configured to receive a user's operating handle for operating the dual power transfer switch, and an interlock device comprising an interlock member which is adapted to act on the user interface to prevent or allow a user to operate the dual power transfer switch through the user interface in accordance with states of the first switch and the second switch. Further, the interlock member is configured to move to different positions so as to lock or unlock the user interface in dependence on different rotation positions of a main shaft of the dual power transfer switch.

Abstract: A dual power transfer switch includes a contact system, which has a contact main shaft rotatably arranged to move contact assemblies. The contact main shaft has a first closed position, a second closed position, and an open position. At the first closed position, the contact assemblies connect a first power source to a load. At the second closed position, the contact assemblies connect a second power source to the load. At the open position, the contact assemblies disconnects from the load. The dual power transfer switch also includes a contact main shaft locking device configured to keep the contact main shaft at the open position. The contact main shaft locking device includes a locking link and a first actuator. The dual power transfer switch includes a contact main shaft interlock device.

Abstract: An interlock device for a bypass device. The bypass device is configured to switch a load between a main power supply and an auxiliary power supply and includes an Automatic Transfer Switching Equipment having a first switch coupled to the main power supply and a second switch coupled to the auxiliary power supply. The bypass device also includes a Manual Transfer Switching Equipment having a third switch coupled to the main power supply and a fourth switch coupled to the auxiliary power supply. The interlock device includes a mounting plate having a first side and a second side opposite to the first side; a first support member arranged at the first side of the mounting plate; and a first interlock assembly configured to prevent the first switch from being closed when the fourth switch is closed.

Abstract: An electrocardiogram analysis method and apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium are provided. In the method, at least one electrocardiogram data segment to be analyzed of a target user is input into a first electrocardiogram analysis model for analysis, so as to generate heart disease diagnosis result information of the target user; and optionally, when the heart disease diagnosis result information indicates that the probability of the target user suffering from a specific heart disease is relatively low, that is, when the electrocardiogram data segment to be analyzed is an electrocardiogram that looks relatively normal, whether the target user suffers in a paroxysmal manner from the heart disease is further determined. That is, the probability of the target user having the symptom corresponding to the heart disease in the future is predicted to provide early warning information for a future physical health condition of the target user.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a video decoding method, a video decoding device, a hardware decoder, and a storage medium. The method comprises: decoding a target slice of a to-be-decoded video; determining coding blocks that need to be restored in a frame where the target slice is located, when detecting occurrence of an error to a syntax element of the target slice; and restoring the coding blocks that need to be restored based on a global preset syntax element template, so as to perform forced decoding of the target slice.
