    Abstract: The present invention discloses a pipeline automatic scale removal and storage device. The device comprises a scale remover, a scale storage device and a coupling; the scale remover is composed of a scale breaking mechanism, a cutting mechanism and a grinding mechanism; a plurality of groups of scale breaking teeth of the scale breaking mechanism can preliminarily break scale on an inner wall of a pipeline; the cutting mechanism cuts and eliminates the scale on the inner wall of the pipeline through a plurality of installed cutting blades; and a plurality of groups of grinding blocks of the grinding mechanism further grind and eliminate the scale on the pipeline; and the scale storage device is used for realizing storage for the scale. The scale storage device is hermetically and movably installed in the pipeline. The device of the present invention can automatically thoroughly eliminate the scale in the pipeline.

The device mainly includes: a metal top cap, a metal reaction cylinder, a first thermometer, a second thermometer, a plastic transparent measuring cylinder, a condensed water collection tube, an atomic spectrometer, a third thermometer, a rubber seal cover, a condensate droplet, a threaded hole, a condensation chamber, a pipeline sample, a temperature measuring hole, and a 30-degree tilt angle. The device and method can effectively simulate TLC of a wet gas pipeline under a high-temperature high-pressure environment. The device and method can test the high-temperature high-pressure TLC of the wet gas pipeline under different temperature differences (between a surface temperature of the pipeline and a gas temperature) and various corrosion media.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of medicinal synthesis, and discloses a method for synthesizing degarelix. The method of the present invention as a whole divides the synthesis of degarelix into two parts from amino acids at positions 5 and 6, employs proper protective groups in part of the protected amino acids therein, and finally uses in association with a specific acidolysis agent to complete the whole synthesis process. In the present invention, a proper synthesizing scheme is selected, and adaptive protective group and acidolysis agent are selected, so that the overall synthesis process is optimized, the purity of degarelix is significantly improved with a higer total yield, and the production of the toxic hydantoin degradation product is avoided.
