  • Patent number: 10978189
Abstract: A computing entity accesses instances of medical information corresponding to a population of patients and generates a plurality of medical sentences corresponding to the population by, for each patient of the population, generating one medical sentence corresponding to the patient and a timestamp associated with each instance such that the one medical sentence comprises one or more medical codes in a chronological order. The computing entity generates a vector dictionary comprising a plurality of multi-dimensional vectors based on a vector generation model trained using machine learning and the plurality of medical sentences with each multi-dimensional vector corresponding to a medical code. The computing entity generates a digital representation of a first patient of the population using an anagram model and the vector dictionary, determines a health state of the first patient based on the digital representation, and provides an output indicating the health state of the first patient.

  • Publication number: 20200273124
Abstract: RoboNegotiator (RN) describes an unbiased match engine which preserves the identity of all the parties involved until an anonymity match, mutual interests or deal terms match their individual needs. RN automatically negotiates sellers offers against buyer's offers for a live match within an overlap of the seller's spread and the buyer's spread subject to predetermined seller's parameters and an ability of the buyer to initiate a negotiation against a forecast. Negotiations are forecast an n number of times via a machine learning of a prior deal history behavior of the seller and the buyer within the system for commerce and a crawled/scrapped market data in a geographical proximity. There is no risk of identity exposure if there is no mutual interest or deal and hence the disclosed RN will also preserve “confidentiality” of interest, deal terms and dreams.

  • Publication number: 20190354388
Abstract: Embodiments relate to tenant-side detection and mitigation of performance degradation resulting from interference generated by a noisy neighbor in a distributed computing environment. A first machine-learning model such as a k-means nearest neighbor classifier is operated by a tenant to detect an anomaly with a computer system emulator resulting from a co-located noisy neighbor. A second machine-learning model such as a multi-class classifier is operated by the tenant to identify a contended resource associated with the anomaly. A corresponding trigger signal is generated and provided to trigger various mitigation responses, including an application/framework-specific mitigation strategy (e.g., triggered approximations in application/framework performance, best-efforts paths, run-time changes, etc.), load-balancing, scaling out, updates to a scheduler to avoid impacted nodes, and the like. In this manner, a tenant can detect, classify, and mitigate performance degradation resulting from a noisy neighbor.

  • Patent number: 10300901
Abstract: In a method, a brake torque signal provided by an electronic control unit of an anti-lock braking system is validated. The brake torque signal is enabled for use as a brake event input signal upon being successfully validated for diagnostic and control routines of the vehicle that use the brake torque signal as a brake event input signal. If the brake torque signal fails validation, it is disabled for such use. The brake torque signal is validated by first rationalizing a brake pedal position signal and a master cylinder pressure signal. Once the brake pedal position signal is successfully rationalized with the master cylinder pressure signal, the brake pedal position signal is rationalized with the brake torque signal. The brake torque signal is successfully validated when both rationalizations are successful. The validation fails if either rationalization fails.

  • Publication number: 20190129959
Abstract: A computing platform may perform computer database file management by implementing statistics maintenance and column similarity. The computing platform may receive an input table and determine a data type for the received input table. The computing platform may determine statistics relevant to the input table, and statistics relevant to historical tables of the data type. Statistics may include overlap, distribution, mean, standard deviation, percentile, median, and the like. Based on the determined statistics, the computing platform may determine a similarity score between the input table and the historical tables. Based on the statistics and column similarity, the computing platform may perform database file management, such as storing records, updating records, identifying data anomalies, sending alerts related to identified data anomalies, moving records, tagging records, and the like. The computing platform may send alerts related to identified data anomalies to remote devices.

  • Patent number: 10241902
Abstract: Systems and methods for benchmark based cross platform service demand prediction includes generation of performance mimicking benchmarks that require only application level profiling and provide a representative value of service demand of an application under consideration on a production platform, thereby eliminating need for actually deploying the application under consideration on a production platform. The PMBs require only a representative estimate of service demand of the application under test and can be reused to represent multiple applications. The PMBs are generated based on a skeletal benchmark corresponding to the technology stack used by the application under test and an input file generated based on application profiling that provides pre-defined lower level method calls, data flow sequences between multi-tiers of the application under test and send and receive network calls made by the application under consideration.

  • Publication number: 20190066227
Abstract: Method and system for managing data flow across a hydrocarbon accounting system are disclosed. The method includes identifying at least one failed tag associated with location nodes in a hydrocarbon data management and processing system. Thereafter, at least one source tag associated with the at least one failed tag is identified. Attribute values of the at least one source tag and a source mapping associated with the at least one failed tag is then retrieved. Attribute values retrieved from at least one successful tag and the at least one source tag are then compared with an associated predefined threshold range. Notification messages are generated for each of the at least one failed tag. Notification messages may also be generated for successful tags and source tags having attribute values outside the associated predefined threshold range. The method includes performing a self-healing technique based on the at least one notification message.

  • Publication number: 20190057427
Abstract: Blackbox describes an unbiased match engine which preserves the identity of all the parties involved until an anonymity match and mutual interests or deal terms match their individual needs. One match engine system embodiment is known as RoboNegotiator™ which acts as a third-party negotiator, mediator, broker, introducer and anonymous facilitator operating independently without having business interest with either party and without letting involved parties game the system. A partial compare enables a negotiation for a remaining unmatched data concurrently, in one of an unbiased automated, semi-automated and non-automated modes. The entity requesting matching services will never be sure if there is any matching interest or if all terms and conditions are really met or not. There is no risk of identity exposure if there is no mutual interest or deal and hence the disclosed match engine will also preserve “confidentiality” of interest, deal terms and dreams.
