    Abstract: A Lentinula edodes-derived saltiness enhancing peptide, a method for preparing the same and use thereof are provided herein, belonging to the technical field of active peptides. The Lentinula edodes-derived saltiness enhancing peptide is derived from an enzymolysis extract of a Lentinula edodes fruiting body by flavourzyme and shows a strong ability to enhance saltiness. Compared with the saltiness value of a 4.0 g/L NaCl solution, the Lentinula edodes-derived saltiness enhancing peptide could replace about 50% of NaCl, thus reducing salt without reducing saltiness. Moreover, the Lentinula edodes-derived saltiness enhancing peptide also has a high umami value and can be used in preparation of low-salt foods including low-salt and flavor-enhancing foods.

The control module receives the storage information from the repository monitoring module, and determines whether the storage location of the storage bin of the harvester reaches a preset location. The harvester terminal and the logistics vehicle terminal are communicatively connected. When the storage location of the storage bin of the harvester reaches the preset location, the control module sends a transport instruction to the logistics vehicle terminal to control the logistics vehicle to transport grain, thereby achieving intelligent coordination between the harvester and the logistics vehicle.

A provider in a virtual private cloud (VPC) deployment generates a listing of data for sharing with a consumer in a public multi-tenant deployment. The method includes replicating both a database and share object associated with the listing into the secure shared area as respective replicas. The method concludes by enabling the consumer to perform database operations on the provider's data within the VPC deployment, ensuring secure and efficient data sharing between the cloud environments.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of detection, and specifically relates to a method, a system, and a kit for in situ detection of a micro ribonucleic acid (miRNA) carried by extracellular vesicles (EVs). In the method for in situ detection of a miRNA carried by EVs, fluorescence detection probes are delivered without disrupting a membrane vesicle structure of the EVs using an innovative strategy of conducting membrane fusion between red blood cell membrane (RBCM)-derived vesicles (RVs) and the EVs. Therefore, an obvious increase in a local concentration of the fluorescence probes in a confined space leads to a sharp increase in a probability of collisions between the probes, thereby increasing a detection sensitivity of a target. There is a desirable linear relationship between a detected fluorescence intensity and a miRNA-21 concentration at 50 pM to 40 nM.
