Abstract: A thin film transistor, a manufacturing method thereof, an array substrate, and a display panel are provided. The thin film transistor includes a semiconductor layer, a source and a drain. The semiconductor layer includes an active layer and a superhydrophobic layer. The active layer includes a source contact, a drain contact and a channel portion. The source corresponds to the source contact, and the drain corresponds to the drain contact. The superhydrophobic layer is disposed on a surface of the active layer proximal to the source and the drain. The superhydrophobic layer includes a plurality of multi-level nanostructures protruding from the surface of the active layer, and the superhydrophobic layer at least covers a channel portion of the active layer.

Abstract: Communication methods and apparatuses are provided. A method may include: obtaining at least a part of a communication message in a communication session page of a communication application, the communication session page being used for conducting communications between an end user and at least one peer user; performing content recognition of the communication message; and configuring a to-be-sent message corresponding to a message sending control in the communication session page, so that the to-be-sent message matches a content recognition result for the communication message. Using the technical solutions of the present disclosure, the efficiency of communications can be improved.

Abstract: An energy dynamic control method for the EPS with hybrid power supply and an energy dynamic control system. Control system collects real-time current of vehicle electric appliances except the steering motor and the super-capacitor and calculates target current of the steering motor according to real-time steering torque and vehicle speed, and determines state of the super-capacitor by comparing rated current of vehicle power supply and sum of the current of vehicle electric appliances and target current of the steering motor. When super-capacitor is in the charging state, charging current is dynamically regulated to make vehicle power supply work in optimal working range, and maximum charging current is limited based on SOC of the super-capacitor. When super-capacitor is in discharging state, discharging current is dynamically regulated to make vehicle power supply work in optimal working range, and maximum discharging current is limited based on SOC of super-capacitor.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to technology within an autonomous vehicle for interacting with passengers to provide information about their surroundings as they travel within the autonomous vehicle. In one example, the system may automatically detect and push information about points of interest in the vicinity of the vehicle to the vehicle passengers. In another example, the system provides information about points of interest around the autonomous vehicle in response to physical and/or verbal cues from a passenger in the autonomous vehicle.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to beam configuration methods and apparatus. One example method include receiving beam configuration information from a network device, where the beam configuration information indicates a terminal device to transmit or receive a signal by using a first beam, and transmitting or receiving the signal by using at least the first beam after a first preset duration starting from a first time-domain unit, where the first time-domain unit is an unlink slot in which an acknowledgement (ACK) message for the beam configuration information is transmitted to the network device.

Abstract: The invention discloses a recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum for producing lysine by biofilm continuous fermentation and a construction method thereof, wherein the recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum is constructed by overexpressing a protease gene FtsH in a Corynebacterium glutamicum; and the construction method comprises the following steps of: (1) performing PCR on a genome of the Corynebacterium glutamicum, and amplifying the FtsH gene to obtain an amplified FtsH gene segment; (2) cloning the FtsH gene segment to an overexpression plasmid to obtain a recombinant plasmid; and (3) introducing the recombinant plasmid into the Corynebacterium glutamicum, and screening to obtain the recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum.

The preset events are generated by operations performed by the peer communication party based on a communication application. Whether a communication page of a local communication party with the peer communication party is in an open state is detected.
