A semiconductor device according to one embodiment includes a dielectric layer including a top surface, a plurality of magneto-resistive memory cells disposed in the dielectric layer and including top electrodes, a first etch stop layer disposed over the dielectric layer, a common electrode extending through the first etch stop layer to be in direct contact with the top electrodes, and a second etch stop layer disposed on the first etch stop layer and the common electrode. Top surfaces of the top electrodes are coplanar with the top surface of the dielectric layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a semiconductor device. The semiconductor device includes a substrate, an insulating layer disposed on the substrate, a first conductive feature disposed in the insulating layer, and a capacitor structure disposed on the insulating layer. The capacitor structure includes a first electrode, a first dielectric layer, a second electrode, a second dielectric layer, and a third electrode sequentially stacked. The encrypted router security information can therefore be transmitted by a local network established for transmitting security information by a router. In this security information transmission mode, the possibility of remotely acquiring router security information is eliminated. Moreover, the situation where the router security information is transmitted on the cloud is also avoided, and the security of privacy information of terminal devices is improved.

A mobile phone browser client obtains a web page address and queries a cache server to determine whether a previously rearranged version of the page has been stored under the web address. If no previously rearranged version of the page has been stored, the mobile phone browser client obtains the non-rearranged version of the web page and uses a preset web page rearrangement strategy to produce a rearranged version of the non-rearranged version of the web page corresponding to the web page address. Said rearranged page corresponding to the web page address is uploaded and saved to the cache server.

Abstract: Architecture comprising an application programming interface (API) for representing and accessing various configuration data related to an enterprise messaging communications system. The API includes three classes for accessing stored configuration data related to enterprise recipients that can receive messages (e.g., e-mail), one or more servers that facilitate messaging communications of the enterprise, and a messaging connector for proper flow of message internal and external to the enterprise. By encapsulating these sets of configuration data into distinct classes, business logic that interprets these classes can be centralized thereby avoiding duplicate and incompatible logic.
