    Abstract: An aqueous concentrated fabric conditioning composition is prepared by adding the co-melted mixture of cationic and nonionic agents to an acid solution. The resulting compositions are stable, have a viscosity of less than 300 cps, a pH of less than 4.0 and an average particle size of from about 2 to about 8 microns.
