    Abstract: A device for carrying mobile phones, PDAs, and other portable devices. The device includes a first attachment/detachment portion to be fixed to a back of the portable device. The attachment/detachment portion has a section of hook and loop, or double loop material. A second attachment/detachment portion has a second engagement portion that is attachably detachable to the first engagement portion, and further include a first fastener. A strap with second fastener is provided that clips to the first fastener.
