  • Publication number: 20170332707
Abstract: Pompoms are removably attachable to the cuff portions of a long sleeve garment. The pompoms can be easily removed from the sleeves to allow the pompoms to be worn on the user's wrists independently of the garment. The pompoms are attached to the sleeves with use of cooperating releasable fasteners such as, but not limited to, hook and loop fasteners, hook and eye fasteners, snaps, or rows of loops and buttons encircling the wrist portion of the sleeve. A band on the pompoms has an arrangement of releasable fasteners to allow the pompoms to be adjustably secured around the user's wrists when separated from the garment sleeves. Examples of materials used for the pompoms include string, synthetic raffia, ribbons, fringe, yarn, plastic streamers, paper strips or feathers.

  • Patent number: 9016521
Abstract: A product dispenser package for storing a viscous product for personal use comprises a container including an interior chamber extending to a sealable opening, the interior chamber being structured and disposed for holding the viscous product, and whereby squeezing one's fingers against the container and directing one's fingers along the length of the container from the bottom end of the container towards the top end of the container forces the viscous product out of the interior chamber through the opening. In a preferred embodiment, a portion of the relevant end of the dispenser package is folded over on itself to prevent inadvertent emission of the product. The folded segments may be sealed with a food grade adhesive or held together by a band sized for engaged receipt of the folded segments.

  • Patent number: 8931664
Abstract: A single use dispenser package is configured and sized for storing and dispensing a single serving of a liquid or viscous product. An elongated stem on one end of the dispenser package is provided, having an aperture adaptable for dispensing a variety of products, ranging from liquid to considerably viscous products. To prevent inadvertent emission of the product, and in order to keep the opening of the dispenser package closed and sanitary prior to use, a portion of the relevant end of the dispenser package is folded over on itself and sealed with a food grade adhesive. The food grade adhesive seal may be easily broken by the user for dispensing the liquid or viscous product. The single use dispenser packages are tube-shaped to allow for easy squeezing and emission of the product out of the aperture.

  • Patent number: 8819970
Abstract: A multi-layered-outfit 60 having one or more multi-layered-images 70 thereon consists of a base garment 20 having one or more base images 30 thereon and one or more complementary garments 40 having one or more enhancement-images 50 thereon. The base garment 20 may be made from any suitable clothing material. The complementary garment 40 must be made from a translucent or transparent clothing material in order to allow the base image 30 to be visible. Both the base garment 20 and the complementary garment 40 may be adapted to a variety of needs, such as lightweight fabric for warmer climates or a thicker fabric for colder climates. The base image 30 and the enhancement-image 50 are preferrably complementary images which combine when overlapped to form a more complete multi-layered-image 70.
