    Abstract: A method for building a marketing knowledge base has steps of directing all marketing data requests form a business organization through a central marketing research resource that has a collective knowledge base. If the central resource can address the requested data by reference to the collective knowledge base it does so and reports the desired data. Once developed, the data is added to the central resource and reported.
