Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for an online system for patient control of a medical prescription. In one example, a method is provided for transmitting a prescription to a first pharmacy in response to a patient selecting the first pharmacy for a first fill of the prescription. The method may further include transmitting the prescription to a second pharmacy in response to the patient selecting the second pharmacy, different than the first pharmacy, for a second fill of the prescription.

Abstract: A single-serve beverage container for dehydrated medication is provided. The single-serve beverage comprises a cylindrical cup having a bottom portion and a top portion with a tapered sidewall extending therebetween. The bottom portion and the sidewall define an interior volume adapted to contain a beverage material. A channel having an angled surface extends from the top portion to the bottom portion of the cup. Liquid injected through a top covering disposed across the top portion is guided along the channel to mix with the beverage material. The channel guides the mixture out of the cup through an aperture in the bottom covering.

Abstract: A polyesteramine comprises at least one tertiary amine group, at least one ester linkage and at least one alkyl chain. It is produced by reacting at least one tertiary amine functional polyol, at least one polyfunctional carboxylic acid and at least one monofunctional carboxylic acid or monofunctional alcohol. The polyesteramine can be used in cosmetic and lubricant applications as a result of its substantivity and lubricity properties.

Abstract: Substantially clear gelled compositions suitable for use in cosmetics or pharmaceutical compositions and containing cationic polymer are formed by solvating a reverse phase emulsion of water soluble or water swellable cationic polymer in a liquid hydrophobic ester of a polyol with a polyol mixture which contains propylene glycol and/or butylene glycol together with glycerine in proportions which result in a composition having a clarity of below 30 NTU.
