Abstract: Disclosed herein is a sunscreen composition(s) comprising (i) at least one sunscreen active ingredient(s); (ii) at least one copolymer of vinyl pyrrolidone (VP) and styrene; and (iii) at least one pharmaceutically or cosmetically or dermatologically acceptable excipient. Also disclosed is a method of protecting human skin and animal skin against damages caused by ultra-violet (UV) radiations from the sun rays.

Abstract: A skin care composition comprising: (i) a medium having a mixture of two or more immiscible phases; (ii) 0.1 wt. % to 10 wt. % of a terpolymer of vinyl pyrrolidone/acrylic acid/lauryl methacrylate having a relative viscosity of at least 3.3 cps; and (iii) 0.1 wt. % to 20 wt. % of at least one cosmetically/dermatologically acceptable skin care additive; wherein the skin care composition is free from surfactant(s), also discloses about skin care composition comprising surfactants. Other important embodiments of this application disclose about specific sun care compositions with surfactants/without surfactants system. In another embodiment, it also discloses about a method for providing an enhanced care to skin of humans or animals employing various compositions that are disclosed in this application.

The sun-care product may comprise (A) a cosmetically-acceptable, substantially non-aqueous vehicle, and (B) a UV active, wherein said non-aqueous vehicle comprises alcohol in an amount of 50% (w/w) or less based on the weight of the sun-care product and an ester wherein said non-aqueous vehicle comprises at least 10%>by weight esters based on the total weight of the non-aqueous vehicle and said sun-care product is substantially non-whitening upon application to wet skin.

Abstract: In accordance with the present invention there is provided an oil-in-water emulsion sunscreen composition comprising (a) a UV active, (b) a first emulsifier having an HLB value less than 5 and (c) optionally a second emulsifier having an HLB value greater than 5 present in an amount of less than 0.2% w/w of the composition. The oil-in-water sunscreen composition is characterized by the absence of an emulsifiable polymer and is capable of providing little to no whitening when applied to wet skin.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for reducing a tax burden, one such method including: developing a tax strategy to determine an estimated projected tax, implementing the tax strategy, reviewing results of the implemented tax strategy for changes in taxpayer circumstances and tax laws, determining whether to update the tax strategy based on the reviewed results. Developing the tax strategy may include: collecting taxpayer information, processing the collected information to determine a suggested tax strategy, and determining action items to implement the suggested tax strategy. Implementing the tax strategy may include: developing a list of specific steps to implement the action items, and determining a timeline for performing the specific steps. A system for selecting appropriate business entities based on taxpayer circumstances is also disclosed. The invention also discloses computer programs and systems for reducing a tax burden.

Abstract: A non-alcoholic fragrance carrier with good fragrance solubility, product stability and clarity, and silky, non-tacky rub out when applied to the skin. Glycereth-7-triacetate is used for solubilization of fragrance oil into a non-alcohol water system. The ultimate fragrance carrier product is, e.g., a perfume or cologne composition, and contains a reduced overall surfactant level and reduced overall solids level. The composition thus minimizes the use of ingredients which tend to adversely affect evaporation rates, skin feel, rub-out time, and product turbidity.
