Abstract: The present invention is a novel online enterprise management system. The system facilitates communication and teamwork within an organization using real-time techniques. The system allows employees to easily assess themselves and their organization, and provide ideas for improving business. The results are compiled into one or more databases and available for personal, managerial or team review. Thus, managers can more readily understand their employees' strengths and needs, and thereby, provide an optimal work environment. Also, employees can share perspectives, and make unique contributions to the business or across organizations. In addition, the system may be used by managers to input their ideas to upper-level management, executives, and so forth. Also, the present invention provides data indicating the difference, or “gap,” between employees' desired state and actual state. Therefore, managers are able to motivate their employees by reducing this gap, improving productivity and overall performance.
