When executed by the processor, an application stored in the memory may cause the processor to perform a plurality of operations. A beacon may be embedded in the application. When the application is executed by the processor, the beacon may cause the processor to establish a direct connection with a remote system comprising a storage database, gather data indicative of at least one of the plurality of operations as specified by at least one beacon microservice, and send the data through the direct connection to store the data in the storage database.
