The base system may comprise a mixture of PEG 6000, PEG 8000 and PEG 400. The composition includes from 12% to 20% by weight of a detergent which is typically a combination of an anionic surfactant (e.g. a lauryl sulphate) and an amphoteric surfactant (e.g. an imidazoline).
