  • Publication number: 20230250857
Abstract: This device for disconnecting and braking a rotor of an electric machine comprises an inner axis driven in rotation by the rotor and longitudinally movable between an engagement position and a disconnection position, the disconnection and braking device further comprising a longitudinally fixed nut and a means for braking the rotation of the nut so that braking of the rotation of the nut urges the inner axis into its disconnection position and brakes the rotation of the rotor.

  • Patent number: 11708154
Abstract: A landing gear system includes wheel rotatably coupled to an axle. A driveshaft extends through a cavity formed in the axle and is rotatable about an axis. A planetary gear includes a sun gear operably coupled to the drive shaft and a planet gear operably engaging the sun gear. The planetary gear further includes a ring gear that surrounds and is operably coupled to the planet gear so that rotation of the drive shaft rotates the ring gear. A clutch assembly is selectively moveable between an engaged state and a disengaged state. The clutch assembly transfers rotation of the ring gear to the wheel when the clutch assembly is in the engaged state, and the clutch assembly does not transfer rotation of the wheel to the ring gear when the clutch assembly is in the disengaged state.

  • Patent number: 5607144
Abstract: Furnace for storing, reheating and holding ferrometallurgical products, in which the products travel along a displacement path on members placed so as to connect, in the tranverse direction, a charging zone and a discharging zone, the reheating and holding zones including, on the one hand, product-supporting members and transporting members placed at a certain distance from the supporting members and being able to perform a rising movement with respect to these and a horizontal displacement movement making the product advance step by step.

  • Patent number: 4094625
Abstract: Liquid effluents are continously discharged into a reaction chamber and vaporized by a flame formed by a jet of gaseous oxidizer which is impelled in rotational motion and into which is introduced a fluid fuel. The ignited oxidizer-fuel mixture is directed into the chamber inlet in a jet which is spatially distinct from the discharge of liquid effluents. The combustible substances contained in the simultaneously atomized liquid effluents are evaporated and burned by the jet of oxidizer-fuel mixture.
