  • Publication number: 20240291346
Abstract: An assembly for an interconnector of an electric machine includes an interconnector housing having a recess opening and one track per phase. Each track includes a connection end to be connected to a phase output, a gasket mounted on the interconnector housing and including a dividing wall partially closing the connection recess opening, and at least one sealing grommet extending from the dividing wall toward the connection recess opening. The grommet includes a conduit extending toward the connection recess opening, a phase output sealing opening passing through the conduit to lead a phase output into the connection recess opening, and a gaiter extending from the dividing wall to the conduit.

  • Patent number: 10020708
Abstract: An electrical rotating machine includes a stator (11) provided with teeth (14) around which a group of coils (19) is wound, an annular interconnector (22) resting on a stator lamination stack (11) provided with tongues (36) to which ends (191, 192) of the coils (19) are welded for the formation of phases (U, V, W) of the electrical machine, and a closure flange (74) for closing a housing (70) for receiving the stator (11). The machine also includes at least one damper (83) consisting of a deformable material, configured to be mounted so as to be compressed between the interconnector (22) and the closure flange (74) of the machine. The invention also relates to the corresponding damper.

  • Patent number: 6798094
Abstract: A rotary electrical machine (10), especially a motor vehicle alternator, having a stator (12) of generally cylindrical annular form, which is arranged in a casing (14) having a rear portion (16) and a front portion (18) in which the outer axial face (24) of the stator (12) and the inner axial face (30) of the casing (14) define an annular radial space (32), and the stator (12) is suspended elastically within the casing (14), wherein at least part of the annular radial space (32) contains thermally conductive resin (50) which is deformable axially and interposed radially between the casing (14) and stator (12), so as to effect radial mechanical decoupling between the stator (12) and casing (14) and so as to dissipate heat energy from the stator (12) to the casing (14).

  • Publication number: 20030020338
Abstract: The invention proposes a rotary electrical machine (10), especially a motor vehicle alternator, of the type comprising a stator (12) of generally cylindrical annular form, which is arranged in a casing (14) comprising a rear portion (16) and a front portion (18), of the type in which the outer axial face (24) of the stator (12) and the inner axial face (30) of the casing (14) delimit an annular radial space (32), and of the type in which the stator (12) is suspended elastically within the casing (14), characterized in that at least part of the annular radial space (32) contains thermally conductive resin (50) which is deformable axially and interposed radially between the casing (14) and stator (12), so as to effect radial mechanical decoupling between the stator (12) and casing (14) and so as to dissipate heat energy from the stator (12) to the casing (14).
