    Abstract: An assembly comprising an implanting accessory, and a stimulation lead. The lead configured to be combined with an active implantable medical device and implanted through a right ventricular free wall. The implanting accessory comprising a needle with a free puncturing end, where at least a first portion of the lead is configured to be inserted into an inner lumen of the needle. In a state where the first portion of the lead is inserted into the inner lumen, the first portion of the lead comprises at least a first branch that extends from the lead in a direction oriented toward the free puncturing end, the first branch extending from the lead from a junction point arranged a predetermined distance from a distal end of the lead, the predetermined distance corresponding to a second portion of the lead between the junction point and the distal end of the lead.
