In a state where the first portion of the lead is inserted into the inner lumen, the first portion of the lead comprises at least a first branch that extends from the lead in a direction oriented toward the free puncturing end, the first branch extending from the lead from a junction point arranged a predetermined distance from a distal end of the lead, the predetermined distance corresponding to a second portion of the lead between the junction point and the distal end of the lead.
