  • Publication number: 20240025649
Abstract: The present invention discloses a fruit and vegetable conveyor machine having a traction cable whereon a number of rotating elements are suspended which travel along mechanised rails to determine their path. The advance of the fruits and vegetables is generated by the translation and a continuous rotation of the rotating elements that form at least one circuit associated with the traction cable, which moves defining a conveying speed of the rotating elements. The configuration of the machine enables the differentiation of an alignment area which includes corresponding opposite-facing belts, forming a V, and in movement, and an area for the inspection of the fruit or vegetable conveyed, where the rotating elements are illuminated with a colour that may be selected so as to enable the differentiation of the background image from the product.

  • Publication number: 20230107991
Abstract: Foil images are formed simultaneously with color toner images on a receiver material. One or more color toner latent images are formed on the receiver material using dry color toners. Each dry color toner has a (a) polymeric resin, a (b) pigment colorant, and a (c) wax that has a melting temperature defined as Tcolor. A foiling latent image is formed using a dry foiling toner that has a (a?) polymeric resin and a (c?) wax that has a melting temperature defined as Tfoiling. The foiling latent image is in an area that is different from the color image areas and Tfoiling is less than Tcolor by at least 15° C. All toners are simultaneously fixed in a fuser oil-free fixing operation. A printing foil can be brought into intimate contact with the fused foiling toner at a foiling temperature (FT) that is greater than Tfoiling but less than Tcolor.

  • Publication number: 20220396862
Abstract: A method for setting the production schedule of a multiplicity of galvanized coils of metallic strip on a continuous galvanizing line is provided, the method including the steps of evaluating, for each possible combination of two uncoated coils, the impact of the transition from the first uncoated coil to the second uncoated coil on the quality of the galvanized coils, allocating to each possible combination of uncoated coils a weighting factor which depends on the results of the previous step and which takes into account the line constraints, computing the results of the previous step by calculating, for a number of possible schedules of the multiplicity of uncoated coils, a score which depends on the sum of the weighting factors attributed to the combinations of uncoated coils involved in the given schedule and by selecting the schedule with the optimal score.

  • Patent number: 10311051
Abstract: In one embodiment, a relational database is structured so that elements and alternatives directly reference parameter values stored in a unitized data store. No intermediary tables are required between the elements, the alternatives, and the parameter values. Further, a level tracking mechanism is employed among alternatives that allows for efficient bulk-data retrieval, for example, via a single database query. In one type of operation, an element of a system model is accessed. A selected scenario is accessed that references a plurality of alternatives that exist among a larger plurality of alternatives. Parameter values are retrieved from the unitized data store based on a direct reference from the element and a referenced alternative of the selected scenario. The unitized data store includes values for the larger plurality of alternatives. The retrieved parameter values are used in executing the system model.

  • Patent number: 7678613
Abstract: An apparatus, method, and system for providing a mechanical divider adapted to shield at least a portion of an active surface of an integrated circuit from out-gassing from underfill material. The mechanical divider is attached to a mounting substrate. The underfill material is dispensed on the mounting substrate. The integrated circuit is placed on both the mechanical divider and on the underfill material after the mechanical divider has been at least partially cured. The mechanical divider may include a base surface adapted to contact the mounting substrate, a lower wall surface extending upwardly from the base surface, an upper wall surface adapted to abut a side wall of the integrated circuit, and a ledge surface extending between the lower wall surface and the upper wall surface, the ledge surface adapted to contact at least a portion of the active surface of the integrated circuit.

  • Patent number: 6224935
Abstract: An ordered film is formed on a surface by reacting (a) dendrimer or bridging ligand functionalized for reaction with transition metal ions (e.g., terpyridyl-pendant poly-amido amine starburst dendrimers or 1,4-bis[4,4″-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-2,2′:6′2″ terpyridine-4′-yl]benzene), dissolved in water immiscible solvent, with (b) transition metal ions dissolved in water, on said surface. This method allows formation of films useful, for example, as electron transfer mediators, other electronic devices, catalysts, sensors, and electrochromic devices.
