Abstract: A process to track at least one container (1a, 1b), which is loaded at the unloading area of harbor terminal (2) by container crane (5a) located there onto at least one trailer (8a, 8b) of vehicle (3), which is moved to placement position (6), and which is unloaded there by a second container crane (5b) to storage position (15), where the position of the loaded or unloaded container (1a, 1b) on one of the trailers (8a, 8b, 9a, 9b) of vehicle (3) is determined by a measurement of the distance (13, 13a, 13b) between vehicle (3) and container crane (5a, 5b).

Abstract: A method for the fast localization of objects (e.g. vehicles) moving toward a target object in a space illuminated by means of radio beacons, through which the current GPS coordinates of the moving object and the target object are known, and the moving object receives a work order from a stationary server device and a business application loaded therein, at least to the extent that it is to move toward the position of the target object given in the work order, wherein a measurement of the distance from the object being driven to the radio beacons is carried out, and that a comparison between the transmitted position data of the target object and the current actual position of the object being driven is carried out in the object being driven until the difference (between the actual value and the target value) has fallen below a certain threshold value.

Abstract: A process for preparing spherical pellets comprising (a) a water-soluble active ingredient soluble, freely soluble or very soluble in water; and in particular having a water-solubility of ?0.5 g/ml; (b) a spheronizing agent; (c) a dry lubricant, said method comprising preparing a mixture of the active ingredient, the spheronising agent, the dry lubricant; and an amount of water which is less than 5%, w/w relative to the total weight of the mixture; extruding said mixture to obtain an extrudate; and spheronising the extrudate to form spherical pellets. The invention further concerns pellets obtained by this process and sustained release oral dosage forms containing said pellets.

Abstract: This invention relates to an oral pharmaceutical preparation, suitable for dosing every 24 hours, comprising a substrate, which substrate comprises a pharmaceutically effective amount of tramadol or a salt thereof and a pharmaceutically effective amount of topiramate and wherein said substrate may be coated with a controlled release coating; said preparation having a specific dissolution rate in vitro.

Abstract: The present invention provides a blister package for topiramate tablets comprising a pan sheet having preformed cavities containing topiramate tablets dried to a free water content of between about 0.4% to about 1.4% and a cover sheet sealed to the pan sheet. The present invention further provides a process for blister packaging dried topiramate tablets into a blister package with improved shelf-life and stability performance.

Abstract: A liposomal vesicular preparation with good encapsulation efficiency for active ingredients, based on homogeneous unilamellar liposomal vesicular lipids, has a substantially tightly packed vesicular structure and forms carriers of active ingredients. At least 20% by weight relative to the total weight of the liposomal vesicular preparation of the active ingredient (drug substances, vaccines, diagnostics, vectors) are present in encapsulated form inside the homogeneous unilamellar liposomal vesicular lipids. The liposomal vesicular preparation is a semi-solid liposomal vesicular lipid gel. The membrane forming amphiphiles can be members of from the group consisting of lipids, phospholipids and synthetic amphiphiles.
