  • Patent number: 10702881
Abstract: In the coating apparatus for granular bodies is disposed a rotatable hollow cylindrical drum in which there is an introduction apparatus for granular bodies and at least one movable separating element therein, with which a cycle zone can be partly separated from a downstream cycle zone and a movement of the at least one separating element that leads to release is achievable. An interior of the drum is divided into at least one cycle zone and a further cycle zone. A spray apparatus is disposed in one cycle zone, and an outlet in a cycle zone arranged downstream. A separating element is movable from a closed position into an open position. A separating element has a clear space above the closed subregion and an opening between one cycle zone and a cycle zone arranged thereafter, through which granular bodies can pass.

  • Patent number: 10363532
Abstract: A coating apparatus having a rotatable drum with at least one moveable separating element arranged on an end side, and granular bodies can be transferred into the drum and/or out of the drum by a movement that leads to release. A separating element can be moved from a closed position into an open position by rotation about an axis of rotation. In the closed position, a subregion lies with its underside against an inner wall of the drum or has a small gap there. In the open position, the subregion on the underside is spaced apart from the inner wall of the drum and there is an opening there through which granular bodies can pass. On the end sides of the drum there are stop elements with which a drum of at least one further module is connectable in order to form a coating apparatus and/or a closure element.

  • Publication number: 20100200794
Abstract: The invention concerns a method for production of an absorber for microwaves, consisting of a packing of expanded polystyrene elements (EPS elements), on which a coating of ferrimagnetic particles is applied, and an absorber produced accordingly. According to the method, an enclosure of synthetic polymers formed on the EPS elements and a polymer matrix, in which the ferrimagnetic particles are embedded, is applied. The coated EPS elements are introduced to a mold and a water vapor stream introduced. The EPS elements expand through the vapor pressure of the residual fraction of pentane in the EPS elements and assume their final size and shape. The absorber produced with the method consists of a packing of EPS elements, which are coated with a ferrimagnetic powder within a polymer matrix, and whose outer structure corresponds to a processing mold.

  • Patent number: 7228866
Abstract: The invention relates to a flushing device for a sealing system on a housing element with a sealing surface and an associated closing element with a radially outer elastic seal, comprising at least one source for a flushing medium, an annular channel arranged in the housing element, and an annular gap, out of which the flushing medium can pass, the annular gap being closed by the radially outer elastic seal in the closed position of the closing element. At least one further closable outlet is provided for the flushing medium on the annular channel. At least one side of the opening of the annular gap is of undulating or serrated design. In accordance with the process for using the flushing device, with the closing element closed and the annular gap closed and with the further outlet open, a flushing medium is let into the annular channel from the source and is let out via the further outlet.

  • Patent number: 6827354
Abstract: A sealing system on a first structural element having a first through-opening, including a first closing flap rotatable about an axis for closing the first through-opening. The sealing system can be coupled to a second structural element. The first closing flap is provided with a first dynamic seal on the radial outer circumference thereof. An elastic seal is provided on the wall of the first through-opening and adjacent the first dynamic seal. The inner diameter of the elastic seal is smaller in the non-operated state than the outer diameter of the first closing flap. The first structural element is provided with a second closing flap which essentially matches the first closing flap and can be swivelled together with the first closing flap. The dynamic seal can be inflated radially towards the outside by means of inner pressure when the first closing flap is in the closing position and in such a way that the elastic seal is at least partially and radially displaced towards the outside.

  • Publication number: 20030011144
Abstract: The invention relates to a sealing system on a first structural element (1). The inventive system is provided with a first through-opening. A first closing flap (3) that can be rotated around a centric axle and is used for closing the first through-opening is situated in said opening. The sealing system can be coupled to a second structural element (2) in an axial manner in relation to the first through-opening. The first closing flap (3) is provided with a first dynamic seal (9) on the radial outer circumference thereof. An elastic seal (8) is provided on the wall of the first through-opening and in the active area of the first dynamic seal (9). The inner diameter of the elastic seal (8) is smaller in the non-operated state than the outer diameter of the first closing flap (3).

  • Patent number: 4403995
Abstract: New sulphur dyestuffs are prepared by reacting sulphur with a 4-hydroxydiphenylamine of the formula ##STR1## wherein R and R.sup.1 denote hydrogen or alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms and the nucleus A has at least one free ortho-position in relation to the imino group, in a first stage at an elevated temperature to form a thiazine compound which is then sulphurized in a second stage in a water-soluble solvent at an elevated temperature to produce the sulphur dyestuff, and wherein a molar ratio of first stage reactants of 1:(2 to 2.4) between the 4-hydroxydiphenylamine compound and sulphur is maintained.
