  • Publication number: 20120312891
Abstract: Method for the application of sprayed concrete by using a 3-way control nozzle as mixing device for ready mix concrete, liquid admixtures and compressed air, characterized in, that the liquid admixtures and/or the conveying air are heated prior and/or during to the spraying.

  • Patent number: 5560774
Abstract: In a process for accelerating the setting and hardening of a material which contains a hydraulic binder or which consists of a hydraulic binder there is used a setting accelerator mixture which is free of alkali metals and free of chlorides. Said setting accelerating mixture contains at least one water soluble sulfate of a polyvalent cation and a further constituent which is selected from the group consisting of calcium aluminate, calcium sulfoaluminate, basic aluminum salts, mixtures thereof or mixtures containing at least one of said constituents and a further component. If the water soluble sulfate of the polyvalent cation is aluminum sulfate, then said compound has to contain crystal water in order to provide the water solubility of said product.

  • Patent number: 5389144
Abstract: Admixtures for spray concrete or mortar which contain silicic acid sol or consist of it, are used for the processing of spray concrete or mortar according to the dry or the wet method. Said admixtures lead to a clear reduction of dust formation and of rebound. With the processing of spray concrete or mortar the addition of the inventive admixtures takes place preferably during the spraying, for example at the spray nozzle.

  • Patent number: 5178056
Abstract: A fluid-driven working cylinder without a piston rod is provided with a cylinder housing (4) which in cross-section is fully closed, and along which a force takeaway (1) is guided without turning. The force takeaway (1) is connected with a band (7) that extends respectively from each of the ends of the cylinder housing (4) and is fastened to the piston. The band (7) is externally guided over two reversing wheels. To avoid leaks of the cylinder housing (4) during pressurization the interior of the cylinder housing (4) is divided into a piston space (8), in which the working piston is moved back and forth, and a band space (9), which is separated from piston space (8), but which is connected with the piston space (8) by means of a longitudional slit (10) which is sealed off by a sealing strip (5). Band (7) runs in the band space (9) and is connected to the piston by means of linkage (6) which projects through the longitudinal slit (10).

  • Patent number: 5054218
Abstract: An ironing apparatus has a plurality of pairs of ironing bars mounted on a rotatable plate. The ironing bars are attached to a plurality of air distribution boxes which are attached to the plate, and each bar has a controlled suction work surface for holding a fabric part thereon. Two guide rails are mounted above the work surface and a slide box is coupled to the guide rails for sliding thereon. A steam iron is adjustably suspended from the slide box for ironing the seam of the fabric part. The guide rails are journaled to a pair of guide rods axially oriented substantially perpendicular thereto. The steam iron is moved along the path of the seam by moving the slide box on the guide rails, and by moving the guide rails on the guide rods.
