    Abstract: A throttle valve housing (1) for a throttle valve arrangement for an internal combustion engine, wherein the throttle valve housing (1) is used to accommodate a pivotally mounted throttle valve and provides movement space for the throttle valve, wherein the throttle valve housing (1) has an inflow opening (2) on a first side for receiving a fluid and the throttle valve housing (1) has an outflow opening (3) on a second side for discharging a fluid, and wherein at least one sealing piece (4) projecting into the flow cross-section is arranged in the movement space of the throttle valve housing (1) and is used as a stop for the throttle valve in the closed position. Improved sealing characteristics are achieved in that the sealing piece (4) is formed in the wall of the throttle valve housing (1) in a non-cutting manner.
