  • Publication number: 20260168836
Abstract: A method for online checking an automation technology field device that has a sensor unit and a control/evaluation unit and that determines a process variable of a medium based on at least two sensor signals includes transferring a first sensor signal to a first measuring channel having a first preprocessing block and transferring a second sensor signal to a second measuring channel having a second preprocessing block. The first sensor signal and the second sensor signal are connected in parallel to a verification channel having a third preprocessing block. The third preprocessing block is, during the time period of parallel connection of the first sensor signal, configured identically to the first preprocessing block and, during the time period of parallel connection of the second sensor signal, configured identically to the second preprocessing block. The output signals of the first, second, and third preprocessing blocks are compared.

  • Publication number: 20240053178
Abstract: A vortex flow meter comprises a measuring tube; a bluff body arranged in the measuring tube; a sensor device, having a paddle, a sensor main body and a piezo element, and an electronic operating circuit. The electronic operating circuit has a measuring circuit comprising an operational amplifier and a capacitor. The first capacitor forms a feedback between the output and the measurement input, wherein the reference input can be supplied with a first reference voltage. The measurement circuit has a first switch, wherein the electronic operating circuit is designed to connect the piezo element via the first switch to the measurement input of the operational amplifier and to charge it with a first charging voltage by means of a second switch position. The electronic operating circuit derives an information relating to a state of the piezo element from a discharge process of the piezo element.

  • Publication number: 20050241543
Abstract: A mixture composition of a cellulose ether made from raw cotton linters and at least one additive is used in a cement extrusion mortar composition wherein the amount of the cellulose ether in the cement extrusion mortar composition is significantly reduced. When this cement extrusion mortar composition is mixed with a sufficient amount of water and extruded to form an object with comparable or lower crack formation, the plastification and/or extrusion properties of the resulting wet mortar are improved or comparable as compared to when using conventional similar cellulose ethers.

  • Publication number: 20050241541
Abstract: A mixture composition of a cellulose ether made from raw cotton linters and at least one additive is used in a gypsum based dry mortar composition wherein the amount of the cellulose ether in the gypsum based dry mortar composition is significantly reduced. When this gypsum based dry mortar composition is mixed with water and applied to a substrate, the water retention, sag resistance, and workability of the wet plaster mortar are comparable or improved as compared to when using conventional similar cellulose ethers.

  • Publication number: 20050241540
Abstract: A mixture composition of a cellulose ether made from raw cotton linters and at least one additive is used in a dry cement based plaster (or render) composition wherein the amount of the cellulose ether in the render composition is significantly reduced. When this render composition is mixed with water and applied to a substrate, the water retention and thickening and/or sag resistance of the wet plaster are comparable or improved as compared to when using conventional similar cellulose ethers.

  • Publication number: 20050241539
Abstract: A mixture composition of a cellulose ether made from raw cotton linters and at least one additive is used in a dry tile cement composition wherein the amount of the cellulose ether in the tile cement composition is significantly reduced. When this tile cement composition is mixed with water and applied to a substrate, the correction time, applicability, and sag resistance of the wet mortar are comparable or improved as compared to when using conventional similar cellulose ethers.
