The antenna element has an outer surface which extends away from the base plate. The base plate has a recess in the area of which the foot point of the antenna element (which is in the form of a monopole) is arranged such that it is electrically conductively isolated from the base plate or from the counterweight surface. The antenna element is fed by means of a series or capacitive inner conductor line coupling.
