  • Publication number: 20070148028
Abstract: One describes a support for a proximity sensor to sense the proximity of a piston of a compressor, a compressor proper, a valve plate of a compressor and a cooler provided with these pieces of equipment. One of the objectives of the present invention is achieved by means of a support for a proximity sensor for sensing the proximity of a piston of a compressor comprising a cylinder for the piston, the cylinder being associated to a valve plate, configuring a high-pressure region inside the cylinder and a low-pressure region outside the cylinder, the support comprising a base structure, a first connection end portion and a second connection end portion, the proximity sensor being associated to the high-pressure and the base structure extending as far as the low-pressure region.

  • Publication number: 20060096647
Abstract: A suction valve for a small hermetic compressor of the type presenting a compression cylinder (1), which has an end closed by a valve plate (2) having a discharge orifice (3) and a suction orifice (4), said valve comprising a flexible vane (10) which is shaped in a way to present: a fixation end portion (11) to be affixed to the valve plate (2); a bending median portion (12) provided with a median opening (13) aligned with a discharge orifice (3); and a sealing end portion (14) operatively associated with the suction orifice (4), the distance between an external edge (15) of the flexible vane (10) and an adjacent internal edge portion (16) of the contour of the median opening (13) diminishing, progressively, along a higher bending region (17) of the flexible vane (10) from a maximum value, close to the end fixation portion (11) to a minimum value, close to the boundary of the higher bending region (17).
