  • Publication number: 20220355777
Abstract: A sensor arrangement for detecting in a contactless manner a movement of a body that is movably mounted within a housing includes the housing, a transducer configured to be non-rotatably connected to the body and move simultaneously with the body, and a measuring apparatus that is fixedly arranged and comprises a measuring element. When the body is movably mounted in the housing, the transducer is configured, in dependence upon the movement of the body, to influence at least one physical variable that is detected by the measuring element, the measuring apparatus is connected to the first housing by way of a connecting adapter that includes, on a side that is facing the first housing, a circumferential receiving contour into which a silicone bead is introduced and pressed in between the receiving contour and the housing, and the silicone bead (fixes and seals the connecting adapter on the housing.

  • Patent number: 7883158
Abstract: The invention relates to a hydraulic unit for a hydraulic vehicle brake system having anti-skid control. The hydraulic unit includes a hydraulic block and an electric motor for driving hydraulic pumps inside the hydraulic block. The hydraulic block and electric motor are joined at a circumferential joint. For connection, the invention provides that the electric motor is provided with a radial flange, which is overlapped by a surrounding bead of the hydraulic block. The bead is designed so that it overlaps, in a radial inward manner, the radial flange of the electric motor by a joining process, for example, a surrounding caulking. The electric motor is sealingly connected to the hydraulic block in a simple manner by the surrounding joining process.

  • Patent number: 5720912
Abstract: A method for controlling the temperature of injection molding machines using cross-linking polymers and molding die units using plastics. Each unit is equipped with at least one cooling channel for circulating a temperature controlling medium therethrough. The temperature of the exhausted medium is compared to a desired value and the circulation of the medium is adjusted accordingly. The method includes the steps of calculating the heat dissipation within a cycle and presetting the desired heat dissipation, prior to the start of temperature control. The temperature of the exhausted medium and the feed medium are continuously measured. The heat content value WRG of the unit is determined once the unit reaches thermal equilibrium. The value WRG is stored in a subsequent cycle as a desired value based on the difference between the temperature of the exhausted medium and the feed medium during a reference cycle.

  • Patent number: 5189774
Abstract: An automatic pallet switching mechanism comprising a pallet support for accommodating a work pallet in a fixed position, a pallet changer for elevating and rotating the work pallet, and pallet fixing structure having clamping apparatus. For fixing the work pallet at a precise position the fixing structure comprises two clamping slides biased against one another and provided with keys for locking engagement in lateral keyways formed on a locking bolt. At least one of the clamping slides is formed with a lateral recess for engagement therein of a control element. Inside the pallet support there is mounted at least one shaft carrying the control element at one end thereof and having its other end adapted to be coupled with the pallet changer via an operating member.
