The carrier arrangement includes at least one carrier element having a fixing region lying radially on the outside relative to an exhaust gas heater center axis and is configured for fixing to an exhaust gas guidance housing. The fixing region at least partially does not radially overlap a radially outer lying conductor region of at least one heating conductor of the heating conductor arrangement in at least one, preferably several circumferential regions.
