  • Patent number: 7815458
Abstract: The present invention relates to a power source coupling for connecting two power coupling parts (5, 6): a first power coupling part (5) which is mounted on a first component (1) so as to be longitudinally displaceable and has a first connecting plate (16) with one or more first power coupling elements (18), and a second power coupling part (6) which is mounted on a second component (4) so as to be displaceably mounted between a first and a second position. The second power coupling part (6) has a second connecting plate (17) with one or more second power coupling elements (19) which are able to cooperate with the first power coupling elements (18) when the first power coupling part (5) is in the first position.

  • Publication number: 20100183417
Abstract: Disclosed is a coupling for machine tools, comprising a first main coupling part (1) and at least one additional main coupling part (2) for mechanically fastening an attachment (4) to the machine tool. A first power coupling part (5) is provided on the first main coupling part (1) and at least one other power coupling part (6) is provided on the additional main coupling part (2) in order to supply power to the attachment (4) or the machine tool. Furthermore, an actuator (7) which is used for actuating a locking mechanism (8) that interlocks the two main coupling parts (1, 2) is disposed on one of the main coupling parts (1, 2). A connecting device (9) is provided for automatically connecting the power coupling parts (5, 6). Said connecting device (9) for the power coupling parts (5, 6) is fitted with at least one spline (20) which can be preferably moved in a linear manner and slides the power coupling parts (5, 6) onto one another for connecting purposes by means of a wedging surface (21).

  • Patent number: 7258369
Abstract: A multicoupling device for lines, especially hydraulic lines, wherein first and second coupling parts (7, 8) are provided with a plug (5) or a collar (6) for coupling units (1, 2) whose number corresponds to the number of connections to be produced. The coupling units (1, 2) are embodied in the form of a self-locking, snap coupling with a locking collar (9) which can be displaced in relation to the socket (6). The two coupling parts (7, 8) can be brought together via an operating element (10) and can be pressed apart and are mutually lockable in the coupling position. The locking collars (9) interact with a common switch plate (11). The operating element (10) is rotatably mounted on an axis (12) on the switch plate (11). The switch plate (11) can be adjusted in relation to one of the two coupling parts (7, 8) in the direction of closure or opening of the coupling units (1, 2).

  • Publication number: 20060191169
Abstract: An arrangement for fixing an add-on piece (1), e.g., an excavator shovel, to a shovel boom (2) or to a vehicle in a replaceable manner is provided. Two parallel holding bolts (3, 4) are arranged on the add-on piece (1) and can be gripped by grippers (6, 7) that can be displaced in relation to one another and which are arranged on a holding element (5) on the shovel boom. The grippers (6, 7) include at least partially open insertion openings (8, 9) for the holding bolts (3, 4). One gripper (6) is connected to the holding element in a fixed manner and the other (7) is held in a guide of the holding element in a linearly displaceable manner. Spring elements (11) acting in a closing direction of the gripper (7) are associated with the linearly displaceable gripper (7).

  • Patent number: 7004712
Abstract: The invention relates to an assembly for exchangeably fastening an add-on, for example an excavator shovel (2), to an excavator boom (3), whereby retaining bolts (4, 5) spaced apart (A) in parallel are disposed on the excavator shovel (2). Said retaining bolts (4, 5) can be gripped by grippers (6, 7) mounted on the excavator shovel (3) that can be hydraulically adjusted relative to each other. Said grippers (6, 7) have open insertion openings (8, 9) for the retaining bolts (4, 5) in directions facing away from each other. The longitudinal axis (10) of the hydraulic drive (11) for adjusting the grippers (6, 7), the center axis (12, 13) of the retaining bolts (4, 5) and the center axis (14, 15) of the insertion openings (8, 9) on the grippers (6, 7) are at least approximately arranged in one plane (16). One gripper (6) is retained in parallel to the axis of the drive (11) in a guide (17) and can be linearly displaced.
