  • Patent number: 8733699
Abstract: An overhead luggage compartment for a vehicle cabin is provided. In the compartment, a ledge provided with an electrical component is pivotably held in a housing half-shell about a pivot axis. The pivot axis extends through two axles connecting the ledge to the housing half-shell. For connecting the electrical component to a cable, one of the axles has a through-hole extending in the axial direction, through which the cable is guided for connecting the component.

  • Patent number: 8602358
Abstract: An interface element connects a first section of an aircraft supply system, which is provided on an aircraft interior equipment component, to a second section of the aircraft supply system and includes a carrier structure which is fastenable to the aircraft interior equipment component. Further, the interface element includes a connector element which is connectable to the first section of the aircraft supply system provided on the aircraft interior equipment component and which is mounted on the carrier structure by way of a bearing device. The bearing device includes at least one resilient bearing element which enables the connector element to be mounted such that it is movable in all three spatial directions.

  • Publication number: 20120038253
Abstract: The invention relates to an overhead luggage compartment, in particular, for a vehicle cabin, in which a ledge (3) provided with an electrical component is pivotably held in a housing half-shell (1) about a pivot axis, the pivot axis extending through two axles connecting the ledge (3) to the housing half-shell (1). For connecting the electrical component to a cable (9), it is proposed that one of the axles has a through-hole extending in the axial direction, through which the cable (9) is guided for connecting to the component.

  • Publication number: 20110155853
Abstract: An interface element (10) for connecting a first section of an aircraft supply system, which is provided on an aircraft interior equipment component (12), to a second section of the aircraft supply system includes a carrier structure (14) which is fastenable to the aircraft interior equipment component (12). Further, the interface element (10) includes a connector element (26, 52) which is connectable to the first section of the aircraft supply system provided on the aircraft interior equipment component (12) and which is mounted on the carrier structure (14) by way of a bearing means (24, 50). The bearing means (24, 50) includes at least one resilient bearing element (40, 58) which enables the connector element (26, 52) to be mounted such that it is movable in all three spatial directions.
