    Abstract: A piezoelectric actuator module is proposed, which has at least one piezoelectric element (6), one actuator foot (5) and one actuator head (7), and which is surrounded by an axially extending sleeve (9). To seal off the piezoelectric actuator module (2) in the axial direction, the actuator foot (7) is adjoined by a diaphragm (21) that extends essentially in the radial direction and is connected to the sleeve (9) (FIG. 2).
