    Abstract: A secondary mirror tilting device for a reflecting telescope, particularly an infrared reflecting telescope operating at cryotemperatures, is described in which the angular momentum is compensated and the drive of the mirror takes place with a minimum of energy. The tilting amplitude and the working frequency of the tilting device are electrically controllable.
