  • Patent number: 11921481
Abstract: A building management system (BMS) includes one or more memory devices having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations including using the operating data to evaluate one or more fault detection rules to determine whether at least one of the plurality of building devices is experiencing a fault condition, in response to determining that at least one of the plurality of building devices is experiencing the fault condition, determining an amount of carbon emissions generated due to the fault condition based on a fault emissions model associated with the fault condition and initiating an automated response based on the amount of carbon emissions associated with the fault condition.

  • Publication number: 20230297097
Abstract: One embodiment of the present disclosure is a system. The system includes one or more memory devices having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations. The operations include: receiving operating data for one or more pieces of building equipment, determining one or more building faults for the one or more pieces of building equipment based on the operating data, using a fault categorization model to categorize the one or more building faults as remote fix faults or on-site fix faults based on the operating data, and performing an automated action based on a categorization of the one or more building faults as remote fix faults or on-site fix faults.

  • Publication number: 20190146431
Abstract: The building management system includes building equipment located in a plurality of locations and configured to provide data relating to operation of the building equipment and a fault notification system. The fault notification system is configured to collect the data from the building equipment, detect a fault in the operation of the building equipment based on the data, identify a fault location of the fault from the plurality of locations, identify a user location of the user from the plurality of locations, determine whether the user location matches the fault location, and in response to a determination that the user location matches the fault location, provide a graphical user interface to a user. The graphical user interface identifies the fault.
