  • Publication number: 20240132604
Abstract: Provided herein are anti-CCR8 antibodies or antigen binding fragment thereof, which bind to CCR8, wherein the CCR8 is a human CCR8 and the antibody does not bind human CCR4. The anti-CCR8 antibodies or antigen binding fragment of the disclosure are useful for the treatment of cancer diseases through the elimination of regulatory T cells. Also provided herein are methods of use for the anti-CCR8 antibodies or antigen binding fragment thereof.

  • Publication number: 20240130489
Abstract: A miniaturized coupling for jewelry includes a male coupling and a female coupling, each of which is millimeter-sized or sub-millimeter-sized and each of which is attached to or suited to be attached to a respective jewelry component. The male coupling has a locking member configured to be inserted into the female coupling through an opening into an interior of the female coupling. A resiliently-biased, snap connector located in the interior of the female coupling, so constructed that when the locking member is inserted into the female coupling it initially moves and then is retained by the snap connector. An actuating pin in the female coupling is configured to move the snap connector to release the locking member and thereby disengage the male and female couplings from each other. The actuating pin has an outer surface accessible at an outer surface of the female coupling.

  • Publication number: 20240117056
Abstract: Provided herein are anti-EGFRvII antibodies and binding fragments thereof. The anti-EGFRvIII antibodies of the disclosure are useful for the treatment of cancers through, e.g., antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity (ADCC). Also provided herein are methods of making and using the anti-EGFRvIII antibodies for the treatment of cancer, and polynucleotides that encode the same.

  • Patent number: 11947317
Abstract: In various implementations, smartwatch covers may be provided that fit a smartwatch. The smartwatch cover may include an inner flexible cover and an outer cover. A user may select a smartwatch cover to couple to a smartwatch case, and then remove the smartwatch cover or a portion thereof and couple a new smartwatch cover or portion thereof to the smartwatch case. The replacement of the smartwatch cover may be performed a plurality of times without substantially damaging the smartwatch and/or the smartwatch cover.

  • Patent number: 11199814
Abstract: In various implementations, a cover for a smartwatch is provided that includes a housing and a flexible member (e.g., a gasket). The cover may increase user satisfaction with the smartwatch by increasing the aesthetics of the watch for the user, providing flexibility in appearance, and/or inhibiting damage to the watch itself. The gasket may secure the smartwatch in the cover, inhibit damage to the outer housing of the cover by an inner surface of the cover, and/or inhibit interference from the cover with operations of the smartwatch.
