Abstract: A compact personal transport vehicle is convertible between a use or riding configuration and a stowed configuration. An indication system is provided that indicates the sequence of the steps to be taken to transform the vehicle between the use configuration and the stowed configuration. The indication system may include a plurality of indicators corresponding to components of the vehicle to be moved to transform the vehicle, and a controller that activates the indicators in the sequence that the components are to be moved.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to illumination systems and devices for a personal transport device. More particularly, this disclosure describes an attachment for the personal transport device that modifies or adjusts light from a light source on the personal transport device. The light source may be positioned within the personal transport device for dispensing light. Without the attachment, the light from the light source is projected in a forward direction. With the attachment, however, the direction of the light may be modified or adjusted to be pointed in a direction and width for a specific driving scenario.

Abstract: Methods and systems that allow one or more vehicles to take automated actions in response to a vehicle incident. Vehicle-to-vehicle communications are used to convey information about a vehicle incident to other vehicles in the vicinity of the incident site. The automated actions include warning nearby drivers of the incident by deploying a visual signal or beacon, such as engaging hazard lights on nearby vehicles. The automated actions may also include routing one or more vehicles to various locations around the incident site to provide a protective barrier and/or to facilitate guiding vehicles to and/or around the incident site.

Abstract: A removable wheel assembly and method includes a wheel hub and an axle shaft fixedly secured to the wheel hub at a proximal end and having a circumferential groove defined therein. The wheel assembly also includes a wheel rim radially spaced apart from and concentric with the wheel hub, and a locking device having an engagement end that is radially received within the circumferential groove of the axle shaft for inhibiting axial movement of the axle shaft and thereby inhibiting axial movement of the wheel hub.

Abstract: A system for a vehicle is provided to control vehicle foot space access. The system includes a pivotable system associated with a dashboard of the vehicle. The pivotable system includes a pivot structure rotatably attached to a pivot point on the dashboard of the vehicle. The pivot structure controls an access to a foot space associated with at least one seat of the vehicle and the foot space corresponds to the dashboard of the vehicle. The pivotable system further includes a rotation control device associated with the pivot point on the dashboard of the vehicle. Further, the rotation control device controls a rotation of the pivot structure about the pivot point.

Abstract: A first computing device for product ownership management is provided. The first computing device is communicatively coupled to a store management system of a retail store. The circuitry determines a first geo-location associated with the first computing device. The circuitry receives credit information, associated with a purchase of a first product by a first user of the first computing device, from the store management system. The credit information may include a second geo-location associated with purchase of the first product. The circuitry compares the first geo-location and the second geo-location and receives product information associated with the purchased first product, based on the comparison. The circuitry stores the received product information and further generates ownership information for the purchased first product via an ownership management software. The circuitry further controls a display screen to display the stored product information and the generated ownership information.

Abstract: A first computing device for product recall management is provided. The first computing device may include a display screen which displays a user interface (UI), and circuitry communicably coupled to a server, and the display screen. The UI may display UI elements for a plurality of products purchased by a first user. The circuitry may transmit product information associated with a product to the server. The circuitry may receive, from the server, recall information associated with the product, indicative of a recall initiated by a manufacturer or a dealer for the product. The circuitry may control the display screen to change a display characteristic of a UI element of the product, and one or more requests associated with the product based on the recall information. The one or more requests may include at least one of: a rent request, an exchange request, or a sale request for the product.

Abstract: A portable dwelling system includes a rigid dwelling, an external frame, and a plurality of modular amenity units. The rigid dwelling is capable of being removably mountable to a trailer. The external frame is coupled to an exterior of the rigid dwelling and includes an integrated powered rail electrically connected to a power source. The external frame defines receiving areas having a standard size on the exterior of the rigid dwelling. The plurality of modular amenity units each removably interchangeable at any one of the receiving areas via a connector configuration. The connector configuration electrically couples the powered rail to each of the plurality of modular amenity units.
