Abstract: An exercise device which includes a series of rolling spindles upon which the person using the device rests their body, the spindles being a series of crest and valleys to create rollers which rub against the body of the user when exercising. The device includes a central section and two end sections which can be folded down at right angles to the central section to form a table with inserts to fill in the corner spaces. In the alternative, the end sections may be folded under the central section so as to make a compact device for ready storage.
