The dosing cylinder is coupled to the dosing vessel and defines an end slidable within the fluid chamber. The dial is rotatably coupled to the dosing cylinder and configured to slide the dosing cylinder to define a dosing volume within the fluid chamber against the end of the dosing cylinder. The dosing volume is fluidically coupled to the inlet and the outlet.
